11 Arrival/Entry Expectations All students must enter into the building using the metal detectors (B & C) located on the Glasgow entrance of the building. Students are expected to have ID badges visible at all times, along with their backpacks open and placed on the table. Side entrance will only be available for STAFF/Office Personnel
12 Visitor Expectations Visitor parking is in front of the school or on the street Visitors should enter through the main entrance in the front of the building (Glasgow side) Visitors should have an ID badge in order to check in with the Ms. Hollins and receive a visitor s pass All volunteers should be screened through VolyNow prior to volunteering Student lunches can be brought in by parents ONLY Student lunches will be delivered to the cafeteria by the parent
13 Student Conduct Expectations Students should come to school prepared to learn every day with the appropriate supplies Students are expected to be in dress code every day Cell phones are not permitted during the instructional day with the exception of lunch Cell phones will be confiscated if they are being used during instructional hours Woodrow is a closed campus. Students are not permitted to leave campus during lunch times Students are expected to attend class on time every day

18 ATTENDANCE Truancy When a student has TEN or more UNEXCUSED absences within a six-month period, they are considered truant. If you receive a truancy letter, please follow the instructions in the letter. 24 CLASS RANK Class rank is a measure of how a student's performance compares to other students in his or her class. This is based on weighted grades. Each final semester grade is multiplied by 7, 8 or 9 depending on the rigor of the class.
