2 ON LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS Please maximize the Student Portal screen. Mobile devices are not recommended for registration. Go to isd12.org. Click the Parent Portal logo on the left, then click parent/student portal login. Use your student Student portal login information. User ID: Password: Last two digits of graduation year + first 5 letter of first name + first 5 letter of last name Use your district password to login. If this is your first time logging in your default password is Centennialisd12 A forgotten username or password can be managed at myid.isd12.org Student Portal - click the Course Registration tab on the left. Enter course numbers from your completed registration form. Note: Split course numbers should be entered first. Math courses which are pre-requested will display as a required course and may not be deleted or edited through the student portal. Please contact your counselor with changes. To Add Courses: Click: Course Search Enter: Enter number to search Course Numbers work best. Course names work by using the first few characters of the name. Click: Go or enter The name of the course will appear on the right. Click: Desired course Click: Request this course OR Selected course will appear on the left under elective or alternate. Request as Alternate Information is saved each time you add or remove a class. You will not see a specific save key. To Delete A Course: Click: Click: Remember: Course on left you wish to drop. You can only delete courses listed under the Request or Alternate areas. Drop this Request box to remove the course. Register for a total of 12 required/elective courses. Students MUST also select alternates. Some courses are counted as more than one selection, such as: 916 courses will equal 3 selections per course number. Spring Lake Park will equal 3 selections per course number. Some college, AP and PLTW classes will have two semester numbers. IMPORTANT!!! Be certain the worksheet list and the screen are the same!!! Print the screen by selecting Print Request Summary in the upper right portion of the screen. Remember to have your parent sign the form. Grade 8: Submit the signed print screen summary form to a high school representative on January 12, Grades 9-11: Return the signed print screen summary form to WLC Computer Lab or E300 during LEAP (excluding Wednesday) to be verified by a counselor by Tuesday, January 30, Submission of the signed print request summary form will complete your registration.
