8 SCHEDULING PROCESS December 7 th High school counselors present to 8 th grade students and their parents 8 th Grade Parent 6:00PM (PHS auditorium) December 7th-22 nd Mrs. Mattern meets individually with 8 th grade students to finalize course selections December 20 th &21 st High school counselors available for questions during 8 th grade lunches December 22 nd Course selection forms are due to the middle school guidance office January 18 th High school counselors facilitate 8 th grade students entering course selections into PowerSchool during assigned computer lab sessions April 28 th All 9 th grade course requests are considered final and no changes can be made
