3 Scheduling Presentations in classes February 8 and February 9 Verification Process February 10, 13, and 14 Courses entered into Power School February 27 and February 28

4 Counselors will speak to students in History classes (Feb. 8 & 9) and distribute schedule card (rough draft) and Program of Studies Students review with parents and make desired selections (special education recommendations will be on rough draft)

5 Students bring rough draft to classes (Feb ) to create permanent schedule card, discuss teachers recommendations and get teachers signatures/approval (including IEP case managers) Schedule card goes home for parent review and signature (due in Guidance by Feb. 17)

6 Continued: IEP case managers will review Course requests will be entered during History classes Feb. 27 and 28
