2 Hamline University Committees President s Staff & University Leadership Team (2015-present) o The University Leadership Team includes the President s Staff and the Deans' Council, which provide leadership alongside the president to ensure that strategic initiatives of the university are implemented. Higher Learning Commission Accreditation Steering Committee ( ) o The Accreditation Steering Committee provides guidance and assesses the overall effectiveness and work of the Accreditation Committee. Campus Planning Committee (2012- present) o The Capital Request Review process invites Deans, Senior Administrators and their designees to submit requests for capital projects in excess of $ that support one or more of Hamline University s strategic initiatives. This process encourages a standard and fair way to evaluate project requests in response to perceived needs, budget constraints and impact. The request for capital will include a maximum amount to be awarded within the current capital cycle. The Capital Project Review process also allows the Campus Planning Committee, through a Subcommittee, to review requests in a more organized, timely format. SAAC Administrator (2012- present) o A student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC) is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on their experience. The SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes lives on NCAA member institution campuses Budget Advisory Committee (2012-present) o The Budget Advisory Committee (BAC) is charged with providing advice to help Hamline University achieve Objective 6.1 of the strategic plan: developing "financial strategies that support the vision of strategic directions." Chaired by the Provost, the primary focus of the committee is to advise on the alignment of financial plans with strategic priorities for each fiscal year. Early Alerts Committee (2012-present) o The Early Alert Committee is comprised of staff members from offices across the university. The group meets weekly to touch base regarding undergraduate students who may benefit from targeted outreach from a particular office. Risk Management Committee (2012-present) o The Committee s charge is to review and/or develop risk management policy, procedures and guidelines, including an annual review of the Emergency Response Plan; to review risk issues and situations as they arise, including implementation as needed of the Emergency Response Plan; and develop, conduct, or offer training relating to risk management to ensure a safe and compliant University environment. Deans Council (2012-present) o The Deans' Council is chaired by the Provost and is comprised of the academic deans from each school, the dean of students, and the associate vice president for diversity integration. It focuses on the academic and student affairs of the university and the scope and direction of the university s academic offerings. Piper Athletic Association Board Member (2012-present) o The Piper Athletic Association consists of Hamline University alumni-athletes and friends. The purpose of the group is two-fold: To raise money to support the athletic programs at Hamline University To provide opportunities for alumni-athletes to stay in touch with each other and their alma mater

3 Sexual Violence Prevention Task Force (2013-present) o The university s Sexual Violence Prevention Task Force, an interdisciplinary group made up of students, staff, and faculty who are passionate advocates on these issues, facilitated the week. This year s events were organized in collaboration with Sexual Offense Services of Ramsey County, a frequent partner of the task force in previous campaigns. Drug and Alcohol Compliance Group (2013-present) o The universities Drug and Alcohol Compliance Group is comprised of university staff members charged with compiling data and information for the federally mandated Drug free school acts report Job Search Committee Admissions counselor (June 2013) Job Search Committee Director of Admissions (May 2014) Job Search Committee Dean of Admissions and Enrollment (June 2014) Hamline University Magazine Editorial Board (2013-present) Hamline University Presidential Search Committee (February 2015) NCAA, NACDA, & M.I.A.C. NCAA Diversity and Inclusion Working Group (2017-present) Selected as 1 of 12 leaders to serve in working group The working group s charge is to assess the current diversity and inclusion landscape within Division III, evaluate current initiatives, and propose next steps (e.g., resources, new initiatives, policies, etc.) to the membership. NCAA Pathway Program Class Member ( ) o Selected as 1of 12 participants to 2012 class out of several thousand applicants o Program Objectives include: gain a better understanding of the role of directors of athletics in all NCAA divisions provided with an in-depth look into the NCAA governance structure NCAA membership who will provide guidance and mentorship o Program Criteria: Racial/ethnic minority or female 8 years or more of intercollegiate athletics experience preferred Recommended/endorsed by their director of athletics Serves on senior leadership team NCAA Midwest Regional Baseball Advisory Committee ( ) NACDA Mentoring Institute Class Member (2012) o The focus of the NACDA Mentoring Institute is to assist and prepare those individuals that are Senior Level Administrators in athletics administration.
