13 THE STATE OF INDIANA NOW MANDATES THE FOLLOWING: To graduate, all students are required to pursue a Core 40 diploma. Must pass ISTEP+ Grade 10 Students unable to earn Core 40 must optout of this requirement. Students will then earn a Munster High School General Diploma.

23 School Physical Exams Required for all 9 th grade students Physical exam and permission for over-the-counter/prescription medication forms are in packet, available online or in MHS main office. Schedule physical exam after April 1 st. Due at registration in August. Cannot participate in PE without physical. Immunization records MUST be up-to-date; submit copy with physical exam.
