1 Notice of Commission Action: Relinquishment of Accreditation Pursuant to Section 8.13 of NACCAS Rules of Practice and Procedure, an accredited institution (1) shall be deemed to have relinquished its accreditation if it fails to respond to a show cause order relating to certain institutional changes, or if the response to such a show cause order does not warrant another action and (2) may voluntarily relinquish its accreditation at any time by written notice to NACCAS.
