3 2016 Season Objectives Develop Depth in the Program Increase the number of participants & retain them through high school Increase the number of coaches within the organization Plan for exit of Natalie and Scott Blais as leaders of organization Improve our skill level & competitiveness Focus first on individual technical skill development and conditioning Learn the rules, teach game strategy, and team play Make sure everyone plays so they will develop Improve the Reputation of our Program: Initiate Code of Conduct for all players and families Improve alliances with the schools and local community Every action of our organization, coaches, & players is important

4 Code of Conduct Be the best examples for our kids and to other teams. Violations will be put before the board and disciplinary action will be made. All players and parents must sign today or before season begins.

6 Registration May register: On website (preferred) *must pay in full* Cash paid in person Check may be mailed to P.O. Box *Please register tonight and pay in full, if at all possible!*

7 US Lacrosse Membership All players are required to have a membership with US Lacrosse. Sign-up at: Must be done before the first game. If we are found to have players not registered with US Lacrosse, games can be forfeited.

8 IMPACT Testing All players must undergo IMPACT testing every 2 years. The organization provides this free to all players who require testing. Two dates for testing this year TBD.

11 BLOOMINGTON SOUTH Indoor practices: Begin in February on Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30-5pm Located at Banneker Center Gym Outdoor practices: Begin in late February 4 days/week as weather permits Location TBD

16 Volunteer Opportunities Positions Needed: 5013c Development Coordinator: for non-profit status. Social Media/Facebook Coordinator: responsible for updates and league awareness building. Equipment Manager: responsible for equipment inventory of all teams & collection of equipment at end of season from current coaches.

19 Fundraising New Organization Media Guide Ads for purchase by local businesses, individuals, an organizations. Players who sell ads, will receive 50% of proceeds.
