1 ANCHORAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT ACTIVITY INTEREST SURVEY -17 SCHOOL REPORT Goldenview Middle School The Activity Interest Survey is administered to all schools within the Anchorage School District who serve grades 5 through 11 in order to comply with Alaska Regulation 4 AAC (Recreational and Athletic Activities) in order to access student interest in extracurricular activities. The survey was administered online from October 3-14, and results from this survey will be used for future planning around the extracurricular activities at the school.
