1 प म ऊर ड लशक ष स स थ.प म ण ऊर व भ ग क यत त न क य, भ त स क ट स क ट, अण शस क त ग, म बई ATOMIC ENERGY EDUCATION SOCIETY (An Autonomous Body under Department of Atomic energy, Govt. of India) Western Sector, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai श क षण क सत र क ल ए प र -प र प स XII तक कक ष ओ म प रव श ह त प रव श पर पत र Admission circular for Classes Pre-Prep to XII for the Academic Session इस पर पत र म प म ण ऊर व भ ग क प ण न य त रण ध घटक य न ट, पर य र ओ, सह यत प र प त स, स र न क क ष त र उपक रम क कम च र य क बच च क प म ण ऊर क य वय व य य न कन ठ मह व य य म श क षणणक सत र क ल ए प र -प र प स XII तक कक ष ओ म प र श ह त द श -न श ह प म ण ऊर लशक षण स म बई क प स त प म ण ऊर क य वय व य य न कन ठ मह व य य म प र श क ल ए ऑन इन प रव श स ववध भ श र क ह औ म बई क प प.ऊ.व. क बच च.ए.ए.ई. ए क प र श ह त द क ऑ इ प र श प ट क म ध यम स क प रक रक रय प ण क रकए र य ग This circular contains the guidelines for admission to classes from Pre-Prep to XII for the Academic Session in the Atomic Energy Central Schools/Junior Colleges for the wards of employees of the constituent units, projects, Aided Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings under full control of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) AEES is also introducing Online Admissions facility for admissions in AEC schools/jcs located in Mumbai center and only through online admission portal the application form for admission will be accepted and processed for DAE wards at Mumbai.. प.ऊ.वव. क बच च (ड.ए.ई. व डड) ह त FOR DAE WARDS सभ ए.ए.ई. ए क ल ए कक ष - म य प र श अन य ह, च ह प म ण ऊर लशक षण स क व य य क प र -प र प य प र प कक ष ओ म पढ ह ह य हय Fresh admission in class I is mandatory for all the DAE wards, irrespective of whether they were studying in prepreparatory or preparatory classes of schools of AEES or not. 1. प त रत Eligibility (i) प.ऊ.व. सचच य, प म ण ऊर व भ ग क प ण न य त रण ध घटक य न ट, पर य र ओ, सह यत प र प त स औ स र न क क ष त र उपक रम क कम च र य क बच च प म ण ऊर क य वय व य य ए कन ठ ए म र य ग मह व य य म प र श ह त प त र ह ऐस सभ बच च क प.ऊ.व. बच च.ए.ए.ई. Children of employees of the DAE secretariat, Constituent Units, Projects, Aided Institutes and Public Sector Undertakings under full control of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) are eligible for admission in Atomic Energy Central Schools and Junior Colleges. All such children will be considered as DAE wards.

This concession ceases once the employee leaves DAE or its Constituent Units. ऐस प.ऊ.व. कम च य व र अचध वष त प र प त ह य स क म मतत ह गए ह य स क म अव चधम न य ह गए ह, क बच च क प र श क ल ए प.ऊ.व. बच च क सम म र य ग Children of DAE employees who have superannuated or have expired while in service or who have become invalidated while in service will be treated at par with DAE wards for admission. प म ण ऊर व भ ग क प म ण स पक य न ट म क य त ख क र य ब य कम च र य क बच च क प र श प.ऊ.व. बच च क सम तब तक म र य ग र ब तक ख क र य ब य कम च य व प म ण ऊर व भ ग क प म ण स पक य न ट म क य त हत ह ख क र य ब य कम च य व क प.ऊ.व. क छ ड र प यह र य यत ब ह र य ग The admission to the wards of Intelligence Bureau employees working in Atomic liaison units in DAE would be treated at par with DAE ward as long as the IB employee continues to work in Atomic liaison units in DAE. 3 3. प रव श प रपत र (एडलमशन फ मड) Admission Form ब ह क द र क ववद य य क ल ए ग Applicable to Outstation Schools क व म बई स स थत प.ऊ.क. ववद य य / कननष ठ मह ववद य य क ल ए ग Applicable to AEC Schools/ JC of Mumbai only प र श प रपत र प म ण ऊर लशक षण स क बस इट स ए उ ए क रकय र सकत ह व चध त भ भ द म र. 50न- लश क द श ल क क स प र श क ल ए द स य क ष त र. र ए स न शय ज य र सकएक श क अ स प म ण ऊर क य वय व य यन कन ठ र च दहए मह व य य म र म क रकए Admission Form can be downloaded from AEES website. The duly filled in form along with an application fee of Rs 50/-should be submitted to the AEC School/Jr. College as per the residential jurisdiction for grant of admission. थव OR द श ल क र. 50न- क भ गत क प र श प रपत र क रकस भ प म ण ऊर क य वय व य यनकन ठ मह व य य क क य य स भ ख य व र सकत ह ह क रक, व चध त भ पप स भ द पत र प र श क ल ए द स य क ष त र. र ए स न शय ज य र सकएक श क अ स प म ण ऊर क य वय व य यन कन ठ मह व य य म र म क रकए र च दहए Admission Form can also be procured from the office of any AEC School/ Jr. College by paying an application Fee of Rs. 50/-. Interested candidates are required to apply through the AEES admission portal during the stipulated dates only. Each applicant has to select the Building name*(where they are residing) and the school will be automatically selected according to the jurisdiction. Afterwards, personal details, parent s details, address details, sibling details and contact details have to be filled and submitted. After the successful submission of the form a system generated will be sent to the ID of the parent which will also contain the temporary student ID. Afterwards, the applicant have to pay the School fee through SBcollect [debit/credit card (Master/Visa/Rupay) and Net banking] using the Student ID and upload the required documents alongwith the Payment receipt in the admission portal. Two dedicated helpdesk will be provided by AEES in the premises of AECS-4, Mumbai and AECS-3, Mumbai during to An application fee of Rs 50/- will be charged at the time of Fee payment. *For the candidates residing outside Anushaktinagar colony, the admission will be allotted by the Chairman, LMC of Mumbai.

The decision of AEES is final in granting the admission at the centers having multiple schools irrespective of residential jurisdiction.

5 5. श ल क Fee i. ऑ इ श ल क भ गत क समय अन य श ल क क स प र श श ल क लश र.100न- भ गत.ऑ इ एएलमश अ त म बई स त व य य क ल ए क ह ग Admission Fee of Rs. 100/- has to be paid (For Online admissions i.e. for Mumbai) at the time of online fee payment along with other fees. ii. प र श.एएलमश क समय प र श श ल क लश र.100न- भ गत.ऑ इ एएलमश अ त म बई स ब ह स त व य य क iv. ल ए क ह ग Admission Fee of Rs. 100/- has to be paid at the time of admission. However, AEES and its representative reserves the right to shift/ inter-change any DAE student/students among the AEC schools of that particular centre/residential colony at any time during the course of his/her schooling. 2. ऑ इ प र श प ट य ऑ इ द प रपत र क म ध यम स द क त समय द क य व गई क ई र क य व यद क रकस भ च ण म ग त प ई गई त प र श न त ह र य ग Moreover, the Information submitted by the applicants while applying through Online Admission portal ( ) or through the offline application form is found to be wrong at any stage, the same will lead to the cancellation of the admission. 3. यद बच च क दध क ए उप ब ध हय व ह त दध क ल ए द क क प रम ण र म क ह ग If Aadhaar card of the child is not available, proof of having applied for the same should be submitted. 4. ऑ इ एएलमश म ध यम स एएलमश क ल ए द क त समय प ट प अप ए क रकए गए त र क म पप म श क षणणक सत र द भ ह क 10 द क अ दब दटत व य य म प र त त क ह ग In case of online admission the documents uploaded at the time applying for admission have to be produced in original at the allotted school office within 10 days from the beginning of the academic session. यद प रव श पर पत र क हह व अ ग र ज र प म क ई ववस गव प ई ज ह प रव श पर पत र क अ ग र ज र प क अ व म म न ज य ग In case any discrepancy is found between Hindi version and English version of the admission circular, English version will be considered as final. स व न श क म मल ह त र S.K.
