5 Key Stage Four Curriculum What will students be studying? Compulsory Subjects English GCSE Language, Literature 8 hours Mathematics 8 hours Science (Double or Triple) 10 hours or 12

6 Key Stage Four Curriculum - Able Mathematicians will be offered the chance to study GCSE Statistics and a Further Maths qualification - All students will study an IT course at Key Stage Four - Students will also follow a course of Recreational PE lessons, these will be non-examined

7 Key Stage Four Curriculum Option subjects 21 courses offered Six hours allocated to each subject Three groups of subjects You choose THREE subjects in total ONE from each group

10 What are Technical Awards? Vocational leaning qualifications Worth the same as a GCSE 25% - 50% Exam Provide a different type of qualification and a different type of course which may be better for you! Very clear progression routes from Level 2 to Level 3 (post 16)
