We ask that comments be limited to three (3) minutes and encourage the use of a single spokesperson for a group of residents sharing comments regarding a common topic. We request that your public comments focus on issues or policies and not people. The Board s intention is to listen to the ideas, concerns, and thoughts of its constituents, however, the Board may choose not to respond immediately if they have not yet taken a position on a particular topic.
